Leaky Faucet at the NYC DEP

So I am at the NYC DEP, and there seems to be something strange with a sound that I am hearing when I enter the rest room. The lavatory sink is LEAKING! Then I get back into the main lobby, there is a big poster telling you to call 311 to report water leaks. Should I call?
